1. Acceptance and Approval

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Regnos fraud prevention and compliance management platform ("Platform" or "Service"). By accessing or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Regnos is a SaaS platform that provides real-time fraud prevention, compliance automation, and risk scoring services for fintech companies. The platform includes the following main features:

  • Real-time decision engine
  • No-code rule editor
  • AI automated case review
  • Audit-ready reports
  • API integrations and webhooks
  • Dashboard and analytics

3. Account Creation and Eligibility

3.1. Age Restriction

Our platform services are only available to individuals aged 18 and over. Registration of individuals under 18 is prohibited.

3.2. Account Security

  • You must provide accurate and current information during registration
  • You are fully responsible for account security
  • You must keep your password secure and prevent unauthorized access
  • You must update your account information immediately when changes occur
  • You must notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized activity on your account

3.3. Business Use

The platform is primarily for commercial/corporate use. It may not be suitable for personal use and accounts may be closed in such cases.

  • Unlimited API Requests

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Billing

  • Fees can be paid monthly or annually
  • Payments are collected in advance
  • 20% discount applies to annual payments
  • Billing is done in US Dollars (USD)

5.2. Payment Delays

Your account may be suspended if payment is not made on time. If payment is not made within 15 days, the account will be closed and data will be deleted.

5.3. Refund Policy

Full refund is provided if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days. No pro-rata refunds are provided beyond this period.

6. Usage Rules and Restrictions

6.1. Acceptable Use

The platform may be used for the following purposes:

  • Fraud detection and prevention
  • Compliance and risk management
  • Financial transaction monitoring
  • KYC/AML processes

6.2. Prohibited Activities

The platform may not be used for the following purposes:

  • Illegal activities
  • Personal privacy violations
  • Spam or unwanted email sending
  • Activities that threaten platform security
  • Reverse engineering or platform copying
  • Data collection for competitor product development

6.3. API Usage Limits

  • You may not exceed API limits determined by your plan
  • Rate limiting applies (max 100 requests per second)
  • Temporary restrictions may apply in case of abuse detection

7. Data Ownership and Processing

7.1. Customer Data Ownership

All data processed through the platform ("Customer Data") belongs to you. Regnos acts as a processor of this data and processes it only for the purpose of providing services.

7.2. Data Processing Authority

By using the platform, you authorize the processing of your data for fraud detection and compliance purposes.

7.3. Data Security Responsibility

  • Regnos is responsible for platform security
  • Customer is responsible for data quality and accuracy
  • Legal compliance responsibility belongs to the customer

8. Service Level and Uptime

8.1. Uptime Guarantee

We provide a 99.5% uptime guarantee for the platform. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from this guarantee.

8.2. Response Times

  • API Response Time: <200ms (average)
  • Support Response Time: 24 hours (Professional), 4 hours (Enterprise)

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. Platform Rights

The Regnos platform, its algorithms, software, and documentation are the intellectual property of Regnos. These rights are protected by patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

9.2. Usage License

Under these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform.

9.3. Feedback

Suggestions and feedback you provide about the platform may be freely used by Regnos.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Service Warranties

The platform is provided "as is." No guarantee is provided that fraud detection will be 100% accurate.

10.2. Financial Liability

Regnos's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. No liability is accepted for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10.3. Third-Party Services

Regnos is not responsible for third-party services integrated with the platform.

11. Contract Breach and Termination

11.1. Termination Rights

  • Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' advance notice
  • Right of immediate termination is reserved in case of non-payment
  • Termination may be made after warning in case of terms violation

11.2. Post-Termination

You can export your data within 30 days after termination. All data is deleted after this period.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. Negotiation

In case of any dispute, a solution is first sought through negotiation.

12.2. Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from this contract will be heard in Istanbul courts and Turkish law will apply.

13. Compliance and Legal Requirements

13.1. Customer Responsibilities

  • Compliance with GDPR, KVKK, and other data protection laws
  • PCI-DSS compliance (for payment data)
  • Compliance with AML/CFT legal requirements
  • Obtaining end-user consents

13.2. Regnos Responsibilities

  • SOC 2 Type II compliance
  • ISO 27001 information security standards
  • Regular penetration testing
  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA) implementation

14. Updates and Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated as necessary. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate the contract.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

16.1. Severability

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the other parts shall continue to remain in effect.

16.2. Force Majeure

No liability is accepted for service interruptions caused by situations beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, cyber attacks.

16.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous agreements.
